Jasen Smith is a Ringo nominated Colorist in 2018 for his work on Spencer and Locke. His first major breakout was called, Rise of the Magi, written by  Marc Silverstri. Shortly after, he is hired on at HiFi Design where he has colored over 100 DC Comic titles, on some of the biggest projects. 

From Doctor Who to Scooby-Doo, and Superman to JLA.

In 2015, he started working on a documentary "Comics: Behind the Pages" showcasing what it's like to work in the comics field in three different settings. From beginner, creator-owned, and veteran.

He has also worked on titles from Marvel, such as X-Men, the Return of Wolverine, and The Amazing Spider-Man. In 2017 he worked on character designs at Dreamworks animation on Fast and the Furious the animated series. 

 

With no plans of slowing down and no shortage of valuable skills, Jasen has proven to be a true "Jack of all trades."
